Hello everyone. I just bought a Kondia FV-1 and i have been having a devil of a time trying to find anything on this mill. All I get is 40 sites trying to show me mining equipment. I hooked the mill up to my VFD as I only have 1 phase at the house and configured the parameters for my motor however I cannot get it to turn.

This is the inside of the speed changer. I think that I found the missing part of the belt. Actually, the entire inside of the housing was covered with belt dust, 1/4" thick in many places. Kondia FV-1 Powermill question. I recently purchased a Kondia FV-1 Powermill that was formerly a CNC or NC machine. The control panel is shot I believe, the first clue was it was setting out in the weeds, the machine other than the panel being bad is complete as far as I can tell. #1 I am certain that my variable speed head is failing. It sounds like the proverbial box of bolts in a washing machine on a spin cycle in the high gear and higher speeds, and in low gear, I can't run above 200 RPM since the noise is so loud that it stops conversation in the shop (tho' the guy diving for cover was a little over the top!).
